<\/span>Automatische Lizenzierung von Kunden-Tenant Nutzern<\/span><\/h1>\n

Portalbesitzer k\u00f6nnen die Nutzer ihrer Kunden automatisch mit CiraSync Enterprise Edition-Lizenzen lizenzieren, indem sie eine Kontaktsammlung erstellen. Dieser Leitfaden zeigt, wie Sie Client-Benutzer automatisch lizenzieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Anleitung<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Klicken Sie auf \u00dcbersicht<\/strong> um zum Tenant \u00dcbersicht Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0zu gelangen. (Siehe Abbildung unten.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Klicken Sie auf Sammlungen <\/strong>in der linken Navigationsleiste.<\/li>\n
  3. Klicken Sie auf das +<\/strong> in der rechten oberen Ecke des Dashboards. Sie gelangen zum Sammlungen Dashboard. <\/strong>(siehe Abbildung unten.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Benennen Sie die Sammlung. In diesem Beispiel hei\u00dft die Sammlung Benutzer.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Fahren Sie mit der Maus \u00fcber die gew\u00fcnschten Benutzer und klicken Sie auf das gr\u00fcne +<\/strong>, um sie zur Sammlung hinzuzuf\u00fcgen.

    \u00a0HINWEIS:<\/strong> Mehrere Benutzer k\u00f6nnen mit einem einzigen Klick \u00fcber eine dynamische Verteilergruppe oder eine Verteilerliste\/Kontaktgruppe hinzugef\u00fcgt werden. Dynamische Verteilergruppen und Verteilerlisten werden als Ergebnis im Tab SUCHE angezeigt.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Klicken Sie auf\u00a0SPEICHERN.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Klicken Sie auf \u00dcbersicht <\/strong> in der linken Navigationsleiste, um zum Tenant \u00dcbersicht Dashboard<\/strong> zur\u00fcckzukehren.<\/li>\n
  8. Klicken Sie auf BEARBEITEN<\/strong> im Bereich Automatische Lizenzierung. <\/strong>Es erscheint das Fenster<\/strong> Automatische Lizenzierung von Benutzern.<\/strong>. (Siehe Abbildung unten.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  9. Klicken Sie auf den Tab SAMMLUNGEN.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. W\u00e4hlen Sie die Benutzer <\/strong>Sammlung aus, die f\u00fcr diese Prozedur erstellt wurde.<\/li>\n
  11. Klicken Sie aufSPEICHERN, <\/strong> und Sie kehren zur\u00fcck zum Tenant \u00dcbersicht Dashboard.<\/b><\/li>\n
