If you receive this error, please do the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Give your service account <\/strong>Reviewer permissions<\/strong> in your Public Folder.<\/li>\n
  2. Assign a Microsoft Exchange License<\/strong> to the service account. Any of the following licenses will do: Kiosk for $2.00 per month or Microsoft F1 (or Plan 1) for $4.00 per month.<\/strong> The Microsoft Exchange License will allow CiraSync to access the Public Folder server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
