Das Unternehmen bedient Kunden in einem breiten Branchenspektrum an lokalen Standorten mit 5 bis 400 Mitarbeitern. CadreNET bietet seine IT-Leistungen \u00fcber seinen Helpdesk und mit talentierten Technikern an, die vor Ort mit den IT-Teams der Kunden zusammenarbeiten, in einigen F\u00e4llen als komplett ausgelagerter IT-Support.<\/p>\n

CadreNET stand vor der Aufgabe, f\u00fcr einen Kunden dringend eine automatisierte L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Synchronisierung der globalen Adressliste von Office 365 (GAL) und der E-Mails mit den Mitarbeiter-Smartphones zu finden.<\/p>\n

Herausforderungen<\/h4>\n

Der CadreNET-Kunde PECO Pallet<\/a> liefert hochwertige Mietblockpaletten und Qualit\u00e4tsholzpaletten f\u00fcr den Produktversand von Einzelh\u00e4ndlern und Distributoren \u00fcberall in den Vereinigten Staaten, Kanada und Mexiko. PECO hat seinen Gesch\u00e4ftssitz in Irvington, New York, und betreibt in Nordamerika 1.600 Palettendepots und Service-Center.<\/p>\n

Das Personal von PECO Pallet ist in drei L\u00e4ndern t\u00e4tig (250 Mitarbeiter), deshalb ist f\u00fcr sie der Zugriff auf eine akkurate globale Adressliste von Office 365 und die E-Mail-Adressen auf ihren Smartphones von entscheidender Bedeutung. Als der Kunde zu Microsoft Office 365 migrierte, fand CadreNET schnell heraus, dass Microsoft die automatisierte GAL-Synchronisierung nicht unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n
