Als Benutzer einer CiraSync Enterprise Edition mit mehr als 1.000 Benutzer-Postf\u00e4chern bei Exchange Online werden Sie bemerkt haben, dass beim Synchronisieren f\u00fcnf Postf\u00e4cher gleichzeitig aktualisiert werden. In der Regel ist ein einzige Dienstkonto f\u00fcr CiraSync konfiguriert und es kann mehr als einen Tag beanspruchen, um 1.000 Postf\u00e4cher zu aktualisieren. Dieser Prozess kann beschleunigt werden, indem Sie mehrere Dienstkonten erstellen. In der CiraSync Standardkonfiguration ist es allerdings nicht erlaubt, mehrere Dienstkonten zu verwenden.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Einrichtung eines dedizierten Dienstkontos<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Starten Sie das Verwaltungsportal von Office 365.<\/li>\n
  2. Klicken Sie auf Administrator <\/strong> und \u00f6ffnen Sie das Admin Center von Office 365.<\/li>\n
  3. Klicken Sie auf Benutzer<\/strong>> Aktive Benutzer<\/strong>. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Klicken Sie auf Benutzer hinzuf\u00fcgen <\/strong> und f\u00fcllen Sie die erforderlichen Felder aus.<\/li>\n
  5. Richten Sie das Konto als Globalen Administrator ein. <\/strong>Weisen Sie dem Dienstkonto eine Lizenz zu, wenn Sie \u00d6ffentliche Ordner synchronisieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Festlegen mehrerer dedizierter Dienstkonten f\u00fcr CiraSync<\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. \u00d6ffnen Sie ein neues Browserfenster oder ein Inkognito-Fenster, wenn das Konto erstellt wurde.<\/li>\n
    2. Navigieren Sie zu https:\/\/dashboard.cirasync.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    3. Melden Sie sich mit dem neu erstellten Dienstkonto beim Portal an.<\/li>\n
    4. Klicken Sie auf Akzeptieren <\/strong>, damit CiraSync Zugriff auf Ihren Tenant<\/span> erh\u00e4lt.<\/li>\n
    5. Klicken in der oberen rechte Ecke im CiraSync-Dashboard auf den Benutzernamen des Kontos.<\/li>\n
