In dieser Anleitung erfahren Sie, wie CiraSync-Lizenzen aus dem Office 365-Tenant<\/span> und den CiraSync Kontaktsammlungen entfernt werden.<\/p>\n

Anleitung<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Melden Sie sich beim CiraSync-Dashboard an.<\/li>\n
  2. Scrollen Sie nach unten zum Bereich Postf\u00e4cher<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Klicken Sie im Bereich Postf\u00e4cher<\/strong> auf das Symbol Benutzerlizenzen<\/strong> neben dem Benutzer, den Sie entfernen m\u00f6chten. Das Symbol wird rot und zeigt damit an, dass der Benutzer keine Lizenz mehr hat. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.)<\/li>\n
  4. Klicken Sie im Bereich Kontaktsammlungen<\/strong> des Dashboards auf ANSICHT<\/strong>. Jetzt wird das neue Dashboard mit einer Liste Ihrer Kontaktsammlungen angezeigt. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) <\/li>\n
  5. Klicken Sie auf das gr\u00fcne Augensymbol neben der Kontaktsammlung, die den zu entfernenden Benutzer enth\u00e4lt. Es wird ein neues Fenster ge\u00f6ffnet und Sie sehen die Mitglieder der Sammlung. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) <\/li>\n
  6. Finden Sie den Namen des zu entfernenden Benutzers.<\/li>\n
  7. Fahren Sie mit der Maus \u00fcber den Bereich neben dem Benutzernamen.<\/li>\n
  8. Klicken Sie auf die drei Auslassungszeichen, die angezeigt werden.<\/li>\n
  9. Klicken Sie auf L\u00f6schen.<\/strong> (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) <\/li>\n
  10. Kehren Sie zum CiraSync Start-Dashboard zur\u00fcck.<\/li>\n
  11. Aktivieren Sie im Bereich Auto-Lizenz<\/strong> den Schieber Lizenz entfernen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  12. Klicken Sie auf Starten. <\/strong>(Siehe folgende Abbildung.)

    HINWEIS: <\/strong>Falls Lizenz entfernen bereits aktiviert ist, entfernt CiraSync bei der n\u00e4chsten Synchronisierung die Benutzerlizenz automatisch.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
