Office 365 users can create a shared mailbox in the Office 365 Admin Center. This guide shows how to create and add members to a shared mailbox.<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Launch the Office 365 Admin Center.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Groups &gt; Shared mailboxes <\/strong>in the navigation panel.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Add a mailbox. <\/strong>The <strong>Shared mailbox Creation Wizard<\/strong> will pop-out on the right side of the window. In this example, the mailbox is called <strong>CiraShared. <\/strong><div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong> NOTE: <\/strong>The name of the mailbox will become the email of the shared mailbox.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Add.\u00a0<\/strong><div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> It may take a few minutes for Office 365 to create the mailbox.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Click the shared mailboxes from the list. The <strong>Shared mailbox<\/strong> <strong>options Window<\/strong> will pop-out on the right side of the window. The <strong>Shared mailbox Members<\/strong> <strong>Wizard<\/strong> will appear.
