Cira Apps has just launched a Customer Advocacy Program, as part of the Customer Advocacy Program, members will also be given access to a private Slack channel within the CiraSync workspace. This guide shows how to join the private Customer Advocacy Program Slack channel.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Joining the Customer Advocacy Slack Channel<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Open the email invitation sent by the Cira Apps Customer Success Team.<\/li>\n
  2. Click Join Now. <\/strong>You will be taken to the Join Slack workspace Page <\/strong>for CiraSync.<\/strong> (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out the Full name Field.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> The name in the Full name Field<\/strong> will act as your display name in the Cira Apps Customer Advocacy channel.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  4. Create a strong password for the Slack account that will be used to access the Cira Apps Customer Advocacy channel.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the checkbox next to It\u2019s OK to send me email about the Slack Service<\/strong> if you want to avoid automated emails from Slack.<\/li>\n
  6. Click Create Account.\u00a0 <\/strong>

    NOTE<\/strong>: The account you created is only for the CiraSync Slack workspace. CiraSync does not have access to or store Slack account information.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Accessing the Cira Apps Customer Advocacy Slack Channel<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Launch Slack.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the drop-down arrow in the top-left corner of the window.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Sign in to another workspace. <\/strong>(See figure below.) \"\"The Sign in to your workspace<\/strong> window will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    4. Type cirasync<\/strong> in the Slack URL Field.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Click\u00a0Continue.<\/strong> The Slack Sign-in Page<\/strong> will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    6. Log in using the Slack account created for the Cira Apps Customer Advocacy channel.<\/li>\n
    7. Click Sign in. <\/strong>Slack will ask to open the channel in the Slack desktop application.<\/li>\n
    8. Click Open Slack. <\/strong>The CiraSync workspace will now appear in the workspace navigation panel in your application.<\/li>\n
