HINWEIS:<\/strong>\u00a0Um von einem gemeinsamen Postfach aus zu synchronisieren, m\u00fcssen Sie sich bei Ihrem CiraSync-Dienstkonto anmelden k\u00f6nnen und\u00a0delegierten Zugriff<\/strong>\u00a0auf den gemeinsame Postfach einrichten. Dadurch kann CiraSync den Inhalt des gemeinsamen Postfachs lesen.<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>Vor dem Start<\/span><\/h2>\n

Diese Anleitung setzt voraus, dass Sie ein dediziertes Dienstkonto mit Identit\u00e4tswechselmodus f\u00fcr Ihren CiraSync-Tenant eingerichtet haben. Ohne Administrator-Konto mit Anwendungsidentit\u00e4tswechsel kann CiraSync die Kontakte und Kalenderaktualisierungen nicht zu den Benutzer-Postf\u00e4chern pushen. Erfahren Sie in den folgenden Artikeln, wie Sie ein dediziertes Dienstkonto mit den ben\u00f6tigten Berechtigungen f\u00fcr Ihren Tenant einrichten.     1. Melden Sie sich bei dem CiraSync Tenant-Dashboard an.<\/li>\n
    2. Klicken Sie auf\u00a0+<\/strong>\u00a0in der\u00a0Kontaktliste.<\/strong>\u00a0(Siehe folgende Abbildung.)

    3. W\u00e4hlen Sie\u00a0gemeinsame Postf\u00e4cher\u00a0<\/strong>als Ihren Kontaktquellentyp (Siehe folgende Abbildung.)
      \"\"Sie werden zu\u00a0SCHRITT 1\u00a0<\/strong>weitergeleitet:\u00a0Pers\u00f6nlichen Ordner w\u00e4hlen\u00a0<\/strong>auf CiraSync Dashboard. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    4. W\u00e4hlen Sie das Benutzerpostfach als Quelle f\u00fcr Synchronisierung. Sie werden die Hierarchie der Ordner im Benutzerpostfach sehen.<\/li>\n
    5. Klicken Sie auf\u00a0Kontakte.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Klicken Sie auf\u00a0\u00a0WEITER\u00a0<\/b>in der rechten oberen Ecke des Dashboards (Siehe folgende Abbildung).\"\"

    7. W\u00e4hlen Sie den Kontakt aus, den Sie als Ziel f\u00fcr Synchronisierung verwenden m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
    8. Klicken Sie in der rechten oberen Ecke des Dashboards auf\u00a0WEITER<\/strong>. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.)\"\"
      Sie werden zu SCHRITT 3<\/strong>\u00a0weitergeleitet:\u00a0Optionen f\u00fcr die Kontaktliste angeben\u00a0<\/strong>(Siehe folgende Abbildung):\"\"<\/li>\n
    9. Geben Sie einen Kontaktlistennamen in das Feld unter\u00a0Kontaktlistenname angeben<\/strong> ein.

      HINWEIS:<\/strong>\u00a0Der Name der Kontaktliste wird als Kategorie f\u00fcr jeden von CiraSync synchronisierten Kontakt hinzugef\u00fcgt.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    10. Markieren Sie\u00a0Kontaktgruppen synchronisieren<\/strong>, wenn Sie Gruppen in der Kontaktliste haben und Mitglieder dieser Gruppe synchronisieren m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
    11. Markieren Sie\u00a0Outlook AutoVervollst\u00e4ndigen-Liste f\u00fcllen<\/strong>, wenn Sie m\u00f6chten, dass diese synchronisierten Kontakte in der AutoVervollst\u00e4ndigen-Liste von Outlook angezeigt werden.<\/li>\n
    12. Klicken Sie auf\u00a0+<\/strong>\u00a0neben\u00a0Kontakte<\/strong>, wenn Sie diese Kontakte mit einem neuen Unterordner synchronisieren m\u00f6chten.

    13. Geben Sie den gew\u00fcnschten Namen Ihres Unterordners ein.<\/li>\n
