Outlook-Kontaktordner k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr andere Benutzer innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb Ihrer Organisation freigegeben werden (je nach den Berechtigungen Ihres Tenants). Das kann z.B. beim Einsteigen von neuen Mitarbeitern oder Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren Abteilungen hilfreich sein. In dieser Anleitung erkl\u00e4ren wir, wie Sie Outlook-Kontaktordner in der Outlook Desktop App freigeben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Anleitung<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Kontaktordner mit nur Leseberechtigung freigeben<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Starten Sie die Outlook Desktop App.<\/li>\n
  2. Klicken Sie auf das Symbol mit Personen in der linken unteren Ecke der Navigationsleiste. Outlook wird nun in der Personenansicht angezeigt.<\/li>\n
  3. W\u00e4hlen Sie in der linken Leiste den Kontaktordner aus, den Sie freigeben m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
  4. Klicken Sie dann auf Kontakte freigeben <\/strong>in der Funktionsleiste oben im Fenster. Leeres Fenster zur Einladung von E-Mail-Adressen wird ge\u00f6ffnet. (Siehe folgende Abbildung).\"Read-Only<\/li>\n
  5. Bestimmen Sie die Empf\u00e4nger des Kontaktorners im Feld An.\u00a0<\/strong>

    HINWEIS:<\/strong> Die Empf\u00e4nger des Kontaktordners k\u00f6nnen ein Einzelbenutzer, mehrere Benutzer, oder eine Benutzergruppe sein.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. Klicken Sie auf Senden.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Kontaktordner f\u00fcr verschiedene Berechtigungsstufen freigeben<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Starten Sie die Outlook Desktop App.<\/li>\n
    2. Klicken Sie auf das Symbol mit Personen in der linken unteren Ecke der Navigationsleiste. Outlook wird nun in der Personenansicht angezeigt.<\/li>\n
    3. Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Kontaktordner, den Sie freigeben m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
    4. Klicken Sie auf Eigenschaften.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Berechtigungen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. Klicken Sie auf Hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/strong> (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    7. Suchen Sie nach Benutzern bzw. Gruppen, f\u00fcr die Sie den Kontaktordner freigeben m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
    8. Doppelklicken Sie auf den Benutzernamen bzw. auf die Gruppe, die Sie hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chten.<\/li>\n
    9. Sobald Sie alle gew\u00fcnschten Benutzer hinzugef\u00fcgt haben, kicken Sie auf OK<\/strong>. (Siehe folgende Abbildung).\"\"<\/li>\n
    10. Klicken Sie auf den Dropdown-Pfeil in der\u00a0Berechtigungsstufe<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    11. W\u00e4hlen Sie die Berechtigungsstufe, die dem hinzugef\u00fcgten Benutzer zugewiesen werden soll. In diesem Beispiel wird dem Benutzer die Berechtigungsstufe Bearbeiter<\/strong> zugewiesen.

      HINWEIS:<\/strong> Wenn die Freigabe f\u00fcr mehrere Benutzer erfolgt, klicken Sie auf den Eintrag f\u00fcr jeden Empf\u00e4nger, um ihre Anzeige- und Bearbeitungsberechtigungen delegieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
