In the Desktop version of Outlook, shared mailboxes are in the left-hand navigation panel. However, this isn\u2019t immediately viewable in Outlook on the web. This guide shows how to open shared mailboxes in Outlook on the web.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Opening Shared Mailboxes in Outlook on the web Navigation<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to Outlook on the web.<\/li>\n
  2. Right-click the name of the mailbox in the left-hand navigation panel.<\/li>\n
  3. Click Add shared folders. <\/strong>(See image below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Type the name or email address of the mailbox you would like to open. In this example, the shared mailbox is cirashared@cirasync.com.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Click Add. <\/strong>(See figure below.) \"\"The mailbox you just added should be viewable in the left-hand navigation panel. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Opening Shared Mailboxes in a New Tab\/Window<\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Log in to Outlook on the web.<\/li>\n
    2. Click your username in the top-right corner of the Outlook window.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Open another mailbox\u2026 <\/strong>(See figure below.) \"\"The Open another mailbox <\/strong>dialog should appear. (See figure below) \"Opening<\/li>\n
    4. Type the name or email address of the mailbox you would like to open.<\/li>\n
