This guide shows how to create a Public Folder Hub and Spoke for Contacts.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h1>Instructions<\/h1>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the CiraHub dashboard. <div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> If this is the first time you have logged in to CiraHub or have deleted all Hubs from CiraHub, you will see the <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/support-home\/\">CiraHub Onboarding Wizard<\/a> instead.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>+Add Hub<\/strong> at the top of the dashboard. <strong>Choose the type of object you want to sync <\/strong>of the Hub Setup Wizard will appear. <div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> CiraHub can also sync object types with different data sources. For example, syncing Public Folder contacts with contacts from the GAL. Select source type of your calendar Spoke<\/strong> of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n<li>Select the source type of the hub and spoke. In this example, select <strong>Public Folder. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>NEXT.<\/strong> <strong>Select Public Folder you want to sync<\/strong> will appear. This will show all the subfolders within the mailbox folder.<\/div><\/div><div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> Hover the mouse over a Public Folder, and click the <strong>+<\/strong> to create a subfolder. A new subfolder can be used to create a hub and spoke.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>NEXT.<\/strong> You will be taken to <strong>Type spoke names and click NEXT.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Name the Spoke.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>NEXT.<\/strong>\u00a0You will be taken to <strong>Type Hub names and click CREATE.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Name the Hub.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>CREATE.<\/strong> You will return to the CiraHub dashboard.(See figure below.) <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31678\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PF-Contact-Hub-Dashboard-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"476\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PF-Contact-Hub-Dashboard-1.png 1080w, https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PF-Contact-Hub-Dashboard-1-980x432.png 980w, https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PF-Contact-Hub-Dashboard-1-480x212.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1080px, 100vw\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click the Spoke that was just created on the diagram.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Turn On <\/strong>under the <strong>Synced\u00a0<\/strong>tile. <div class='et-box et-info'>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class='et-box-content'><strong>NOTE:<\/strong> You can also click <strong>Turn On<\/strong> in the list at the bottom of the dashboard.<\/div><\/div> The <strong>Spoke Sync Options<\/strong> will open.
