This guide shows how to set up roles-based administration for CiraSync users.<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Log in to the CiraSync Enterprise Edition Dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Click the username at the top-right corner of the Dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>SETTINGS.<\/strong> (See figure below.) <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-12265\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Role-Administration-Dash-Settings_markup-300x108.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"140\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Role-Administration-Dash-Settings_markup-300x108.png 300w, https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Role-Administration-Dash-Settings_markup.png 558w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 389px) 100vw, 389px\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Manage Roles.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on the User or Group you want to edit. A list of role permissions should appear on the right side of the Dashboard. Below is a list of role permissions and their descriptions:\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Full Administrator: <\/strong>Complete CiraSync functionality.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dashboard View Only:<\/strong> View the CiraSync Dashboard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact List Manager:<\/strong> Create, update, and delete Contact Lists.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collection Manager: <\/strong>Create, update, and delete Contact Collections.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Billing Administrator:<\/strong> View Dashboard licenses, request sales Quotes, and buy licenses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Uncheck the boxes to revoke permissions from the User or Group.
