CiraHub is a two-way sync solution that can sync contacts from CRM software like Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot. This guide shows how to sync Salesforce contacts with CiraHub by creating a Salesforce Hub & Spoke.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to the CiraHub dashboard.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> If this is the first time you have logged in to CiraHub or have deleted all Hubs from CiraHub, you will see the CiraHub Onboarding Wizard instead.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  2. Click +Add Hub<\/strong> at the top of the dashboard.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> CiraHub can also sync object types with different\u00a0 data sources. For example, syncing Salesforce contacts with a Public Folder. If you want to sync\u00a0 your Salesforce contacts to another data source, click +Add Spoke <\/strong>in the appropriate Hub.<\/div><\/div> The Choose the type of object you want to sync <\/strong>portion of the wizard will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Select Select source type of your contact Spoke<\/strong> portion of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the drop-down menu next to Is data you want to sync part of your tenant or is it from somewhere else? <\/strong>section of the window.<\/li>\n
  5. Select CRM. <\/strong>The Select source type of your calendar Spoke <\/strong>will now show you the available CRMs that CiraHub can interact with. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  6. Select\u00a0Salesforce.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> The Select Salesforce account to access its data <\/strong>portion of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  8. Provide the Salesforce account email.<\/li>\n
  9. Click GRANT ACCESS. <\/strong>The Salesforce Login <\/strong>will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  10. Provide the account password.<\/li>\n
  11. Click\u00a0Log In.<\/strong> Salesforce will ask to verify your identity through 2FA.<\/li>\n
  12. Verify your Salesforce identity. Cira Apps Ltd. will ask for permission to access your Salesforce account information.<\/li>\n
  13. After reading the permissions, allow Cira Apps Ltd. access to the Salesforce account information. The Type Spoke names and click NEXT <\/strong>portion of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  14. Name the Spoke.<\/li>\n
  15. Click Type Hub names and click CREATE <\/strong>of the wizard will open.<\/li>\n
  16. Name the Hub.<\/li>\n
  17. Click The dashboard will appear.<\/li>\n
  18. Click the Spoke that was just created in the diagram.<\/li>\n
  19. Click Turn On <\/strong>in\u00a0the Synced\u00a0<\/strong>tile.

    NOTE: <\/strong>You can also click Turn On <\/strong>in the list at the bottom of the dashboard. \u00a0<\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  20. Click the Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke <\/strong>checkbox to enable two-way sync.<\/li>\n
  21. Click\u00a0SAVE.
