Kontaktsammlungen sind eine spezielle Funktion von CiraSync, die viel Flexibilit\u00e4t bietet, da sie die Kategorisierung und Organisation von Benutzern in der globalen Adressliste erm\u00f6glicht. Kontaktsammlungen k\u00f6nnen dann als Ziel und in manchen F\u00e4llen auch als Quelle einer Synchronisierungskonfiguration verwendet werden. Die folgende Anleitung zeigt, wie Sie Kontaktsammlungen mit CiraSync erstellen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

  1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem CiraSync Enterprise Edition Dashboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Klicken Sie auf das + <\/strong>im Bereich Kontaktsammlungen. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.) \"\"Sie werden zum Dashboard Kontaktsammlungen weitergeleitet. (Siehe folgende Abbildung.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Klicken Sie auf das Stiftsymbol<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Benennen Sie Ihre Kontaktsammlung.<\/li>\n
  5. F\u00fcgen Sie Benutzer zur Kontaktsammlung hinzu.\u00a0

    HINWEIS: <\/strong>Benutzer k\u00f6nnen einzeln zur Sammlung hinzugef\u00fcgt werden oder auch massenhaft, indem Sie eine Benutzergruppe als Benutzer der Sammlung hinzuf\u00fcgen. Au\u00dferdem, falls Sie nicht viele Benutzer haben, die synchronisiert werden m\u00fcssen, k\u00f6nnen Sie auch Alle Postf\u00e4cher<\/strong> zur Sammlung hinzuf\u00fcgen, die Sammlung erweitern und dann unerw\u00fcnschte Benutzerpostf\u00e4cher manuell ausschlie\u00dfen.
