  1. Launch Outlook. When Outlook is connected to Exchange Server, it displays the status ‚CONNECTED TO: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE.‘\u00a0Before you continue, make sure this connection is active (See Figure down below).<\/span><\/span> \"Exchange<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the File option on the menu.\"Select<\/li>\n
  3. Click\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Account Settings>Account Settings<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span> \"Click<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Select the Exchange Account you want to examine and click Change.<\/span><\/span> \"select<\/span><\/li>\n
