It’s possible to wind up with your connections split over different apps when you have dozens or even hundreds of employees, which is why a two-way contact sync <\/a>service is helpful.<\/a> With CiraHub, you can automatically two-way sync contacts between HubSpot and an Exchange Server Mailbox.<\/p>\n

No need to manually edit, download or transfer contacts. After setting up this sync, you will be able to access HubSpot contacts on your Exchange Server mailbox and vice versa. How cool is that!<\/p>\n

Two-Way Sync Contacts Between HubSpot and an Exchange Server Mailbox<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. First, Log in to <\/span>CiraHub<\/span>. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the <\/span>contacts object<\/span> has been selected.<\/span><\/span> \"Hub<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Next start the Hub and Spoke setup. Click on \u201cExchange Server\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke and select User Mailbox.\"Exchange<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter your Exchange Sever Connector<\/a> Login, Password, URL, and Exchange Version. If you are running an Exchange Server Version dated 2016 or later, always select Exchange 2016 in your Connector Settings.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\"Connector<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Wait for <\/span>CiraHub<\/span> to Validate your Exchange Server Settings <\/span>in order to<\/span> access your data.<\/span><\/span> \"Exchange<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Select the Mailbox Folder you would like to use to\u00a0<\/span><\/span>two-way sync Exchange Server mailbox contacts<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. \"Select\u00a0the<\/li>\n
  7. Type in a Spoke Name and click Next. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"exchange<\/li>\n
  8. Type in a Hub Name and click Create. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>\"exchange<\/li>\n
  9. Select the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/span><\/span> \"add<\/li>\n
  10. Click on \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke. (The Hub contains all synced Contacts from each spoke; a spoke can be a Public Folder, a user mailbox, the GAL or a CRM.) \"Select<\/li>\n
  11. Select \u201cHubSpot<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u201d as the contact spoke type.<\/span>\"Select‚<\/li>\n
  12. Click \u201cSign in\u201d with <\/span>Hubspot<\/span>.<\/span>\"Click<\/li>\n
  13. Sign in with your <\/span>Hubspot<\/span> Email and Password.<\/span>\"Sign<\/li>\n
  14. Click on the \u201cConnect App\u201d option to link CiraHub to your HubSpot <\/span><\/span>account. This will give <\/span>CiraHub<\/span> access to your contacts lists and allow you to two-way sync Hubspot contacts<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"Hubspot<\/li>\n
  15. Type in a Spoke name and click next.<\/span><\/span> \"Hubspot<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. Type in a Hub name and click next. \"Hubspot<\/li>\n
  17. Next, right-click your spoke, and select \u201cSync Options\u201d.\"\"<\/li>\n
  18. Click on \u201cAllow Hub\u201d to create and sync items in this spoke. This will enable two-way synchronization from the endpoint to the hub database and back.\"Hubspot<\/li>\n
  19. Click the Advanced tab to set up Contact filtering <\/a>settings for <\/span>Hubspot<\/span>. This would enable users to synchronize and create hub items based on specific criteria. <\/span>\"Hubspot<\/li>\n
  20. Click on \u201cSync now\u201d to enable a two-way sync between the Exchange Server and HubSpot for the current spoke. You can also edit any synchronization options for each of your spokes below.<\/span><\/span> \"Hubspot<\/span>
    \nAnd there you go! You just set up a two-way contact sync between HubSpot and an Exchange Server Mailbox. After this, contacts will be synced periodically, and you will access updated contacts on both platforms.<\/p>\n
