This makes it easier for teams to collaborate on projects and for customers to get the most accurate information possible.<\/p>\n<p>In this article, we will look at how you can two-way sync contacts between SharePoint and HubSpot quickly and easily. First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the contacts object has been selected.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-first.jpg\" alt=\"Select Contacts option\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Next, select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/sharepoint\/collaboration?ms.officeurl=sharepoint&amp;rtc=1\">SharePoint <\/a>as the source type for your contact spoke.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41332 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-pick-sharepoint.jpg\" alt=\"Select Sharepoint\" width=\"975\" height=\"442\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Click <strong>Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to browse your company users or contacts for <span class=\"EOP SCXW15426416 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW77000590 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW77000590 BCX0\">SharePoint<\/span><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41336 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-click-grant-access.jpg\" alt=\"Click Grant Access\" width=\"967\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Sign into your Microsoft Account that is attached to <strong>SharePoint<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41340 \" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sign-in-to-microsoft.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"561\" height=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. To two-way sync HubSpot and SharePoint contacts, you will need to Give <strong>CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your <strong>SharePoint <\/strong>account. Always check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41344\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-permissions.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Permissions\" width=\"511\" height=\"646\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Click on \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke. Click on \u201cAllow Hub\u201d to two-way sync HubSpot and SharePoint together by creating and syncing the items within the spoke.
