<\/span>Easy Steps to Two-Way Sync SharePoint and Pipedrive Contacts:<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the contacts object has been selected.\"Select<\/li>\n
  2. Next, select SharePoint <\/a>as the source type\u00a0for your contact spoke. \"Select<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to browse your company users or contacts for SharePoint<\/strong>.\"Click<\/li>\n
  4. Sign into your Microsoft Account that is attached to SharePoint<\/strong>.\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Give CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your SharePoint <\/strong>account and always check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.\"Sharepoint<\/li>\n
  6. Select a SharePoint <\/strong>Contact List in order to two-way sync SharePoint contacts<\/a>. \"Select<\/li>\n
  7. Select <\/strong>the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    8. Click on \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke. (The Hub contains all synced Contacts from each spoke; a spoke can be a Public Folder, a user mailbox, the GAL or a CRM.) \"Select<\/p>\n

    9. Next, select Pipedrive <\/a>as the source type\u00a0for your contact spoke.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    10. Sign in with <\/span>Pipedrive<\/span> to add your account to the <\/span>Hub, or<\/span> select an existing Pipedrive account to two-way sync Pipedrive contacts<\/a>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\"Pipedrive<\/span><\/p>\n

From there, you will be taken to a new window; click the box which says, \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke.\u201d This will enable 2-way synchronization between the Hub and your <\/span>spoke<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    16. Click on \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke\u201d. This will enable two-way synchronization from the endpoint to the hub database and back. Select Categorize Data in Spoke if you would like to filter out which items you would like to sync.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
