This step will allow CiraHub to <span class=\"EOP SCXW15426416 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{\"><span class=\"TextRun SCXW77000590 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW77000590 BCX0\"><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/integrations\/\">two-way sync SharePoint contacts<\/a> with a GAL (Global Address List).<\/span><\/span><\/span><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41344\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-permissions.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Permissions\" width=\"510\" height=\"645\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select a <strong>SharePoint <\/strong>Contact List to sync with CiraHub.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Select <\/strong>the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/li>\n<li>Click on \u201cMicrosoft 365 in my tenant\u201d, then Select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/exchange\/email\">Global Address List<\/a> as the source type for your contact spoke. Users will need to have an Microsoft 365 account with the following Exchange Online roles granted via PowerShell: Address Lists, Mail Recipient Creation, and Mail Recipients permissions which will act as a Service Account to run the GAL sync. This account does not need to have an Microsoft 365 license. However, an Microsoft 365 license will be required for each tenant added to the Hub.<\/li>\n<li>There are two authentication methods &#8211; Credentials and Certificate based. Select Credentials and sign in with your Microsoft Admin Account\u2019s Login and Password Information for the GAL Connection.<\/li>\n<li>Next, the Microsoft Sign-in page will appear. Provide the Email and Password to your account.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/g-g-sign-in-with-microsoft.jpg\" alt=\"Sign in with Microsoft\" width=\"624\" height=\"474\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click Accept to give CiraHub access to your Microsoft Account. You should always leave the \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d box unchecked when you sign in for the first time. This option lets other users under the same domain access this Hub if they log in using their company email address. A user would not have access to this Hub, but they would be able to log in and create their own hub. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/g-g-microsoft-permissisons.jpg\" alt=\"Give CiraHub Permission to Microsoft\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select Credentials and re-enter your Microsoft Account Login and Password Information for the GAL Connection.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/g-g-reenter.png\" alt=\"Validate GAL \" width=\"631\" height=\"435\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Wait for CiraHub to validate the connection to the GAL after entering the Microsoft Login and Password.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/g-g-validate.jpg\" alt=\"Select Authentication Method\" width=\"638\" height=\"441\" \/><\/li>\n<li>With the Certificate Authentication method, you will be prompted to either \u201cAutomatically Generate a Certificate\u201d or you can choose to Import a PFX Certificate File and enter your password.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/screenshoteasy-2022-04-11T170739.490.png\" alt=\"Certificate Authentication\" width=\"613\" height=\"414\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Enter your Microsoft Global Admin email address.
