This article will outline how to two-way calendar sync<\/a> between Google and SharePoint. Cirahub users can sync contacts between\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and more. Transfer, duplicate, and share customer contacts across all employee devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/span> \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

<\/span>Calendar Sync Between Google and SharePoint<\/span><\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to CiraHub. On the <\/span>Hub & Spoke Setup<\/span><\/b> page, select the <\/span>Calendars <\/span><\/b>object. Keep in mind that public folders can sync both contacts and calendars (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Select\u00a0Google<\/a> as the source type for your calendar spoke.\u00a0(See figure below.)\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \"Creating<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Type in your Google credentials to access its data. You may invite another user by typing in their email address or simply using existing credentials saved on CiraHub, then click <\/span>NEXT.<\/span><\/b> In this example, we have chosen a calendar item under previously saved credentials. (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Name your Google<\/a> Calendar Spoke and click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>. (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. Choose a name for your <\/span>Hub, <\/span><\/b>then click <\/span>CREATE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            6. Select SharePoint<\/a> <\/strong>as the source type for your calendar spoke. (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span>\"\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

            7. Click Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to browse your company users or contacts for SharePoint<\/strong><\/a>.\"Click<\/p>\n

            8. Sign into your Microsoft Account that is attached to SharePoint<\/strong>.\"\"<\/p>\n

            9. Give CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your SharePoint <\/strong>account and always check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.<\/p>\n

            10. Next, click on each Spoke, select <\/span>Sync Options<\/span><\/b> and click <\/span>Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/span><\/b> and click <\/span>SAVE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

            11. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click on the Hub, then click <\/span>Sync Now.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n
