Looking for a solution to two-way sync calendars between SharePoint and an Microsoft 365 User Mailbox? If so this article should help you! Even though it could appear challenging, synchronizing Outlook and SharePoint is much simpler than you might expect. You’ll be able to easily manage\u00a0multiple calendars,\u00a0complete all of your tasks and utilize many of SharePoint’s features by synchronizing the two through CiraHub.\u00a0<\/span>This article will outline how to Two-Way Sync Calendars<\/a> between SharePoint and an Microsoft 365 User Mailbox.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Two-Way Sync SharePoint and an Microsoft 365 User Mailbox Calendars<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. \u00a0First Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the calendars object has been selected.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"Calendar<\/li>\n
  2. Select the source type of your calendar spoke. In this example we selected Microsoft 365 <\/span>in<\/span> my tenant. Then click \u201cUser Mailbox<\/a>\u201d option on the right column.<\/span><\/span> \"User<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Select which \u201cMailbox Folder\u201d\u00a0 you want to sync.\"Select<\/li>\n
  4. Next type in a \u201cSpoke Name\u201d and click CREATE in order to two-way calendar sync User Mailboxes<\/a>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Type in a \u201cHub Name\u201d and click CREATE.<\/span><\/span> \"\"<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Next, select the source type of your calendar spoke. To two-way sync SharePoint<\/a> to CiraHub, Click Microsoft 365 In my tenant<\/strong> and select SharePoint<\/a>.\"\"<\/strong>7. Click Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to browse your company users or contacts for SharePoint<\/strong>.\"Click8. Sign into your Microsoft Account that is attached to SharePoint<\/strong>.\"\"9. Give CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your SharePoint <\/strong>account and always check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.\"Sharepoint10. Next, click on each Spoke, select <\/span>Sync Options<\/span><\/b><\/a> and click <\/span>Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/span><\/b> and click <\/span>SAVE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"\"

    Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes.
