If so, this article should help you! Even though it could appear challenging, synchronizing Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace is much simpler than you might expect. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019ll be able to easily manage multiple calendars, complete all of your tasks, and utilize many of Google&#8217;s features by synchronizing the two through CiraHub. This article will outline how to<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/solutions\/two-way-sync\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Two-Way Sync Calendars<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between Google Workspace and a Microsoft 365 User Mailbox.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Two-Way_Sync_Google_Workspace_and_Microsoft_365_User_Mailbox_Calendars\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two-Way Sync Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 User Mailbox Calendars<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the calendars object has been selected.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/choose-type-of-object-you-want-to-sync-1.jpg\" alt=\"Log in to CiraHub.\" width=\"504\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/calendar\">Google<\/a> as the source type for your calendar spoke. (See figure below.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/screenshoteasy-2022-02-18T111402.415.jpg\" width=\"511\" height=\"317\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Choose a Google Workplace Account to sign in with.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51646\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/Choose-a-google-workspace-account-to-sign-in-with.jpg\" alt=\"Choose a google workspace account to sign in with\" width=\"335\" height=\"371\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Click Continue to connect your account with the CiraHub Connector.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51650\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/click-continue-to-connect-your-account-with-the-cirahub-connector.jpg\" alt=\"click continue to connect your account with the cirahub connector\" width=\"285\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/click-continue-to-connect-your-account-with-the-cirahub-connector.jpg 342w, https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/click-continue-to-connect-your-account-with-the-cirahub-connector-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 285px) 100vw, 285px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Click Grant Access to give CiraHub Permission to browse your calendar data.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51654\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/click-grant-access-to-grant-cirahub-access-to-your-data.jpg\" alt=\"click grant access to grant cirahub access to your data\" width=\"453\" height=\"311\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Select which calendar you want to sync.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51658\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/select-which-calendar-you-want-to-sync.jpg\" alt=\"select which calendar you want to sync\" width=\"487\" height=\"337\" \/><\/p>\n<p>7. Type in a spoke name and click CREATE.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51662\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/type-in-a-spoke-name-for-your-calendar-and-click-create.jpg\" alt=\"type in a spoke name for your calendar and click create\" width=\"456\" height=\"318\" \/><\/p>\n<p>8. Select the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/add-the-spoke.jpg\" alt=\"add spoke\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9. Select the source type of your calendar spoke. In this example, we selected Microsoft 365 in my tenant. Then click \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/learn.microsoft.com\/en-us\/exchange\/recipients-in-exchange-online\/create-user-mailboxes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">User Mailbox<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d option on the right column.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"EOP SCXW128815580 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/source-type-contact-spoke-user-mailbox.jpg\" alt=\"User Mailbox Source Type Contact Spoke\" width=\"512\" height=\"300\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10.Select which \u201cMailbox Folder\u201d\u00a0 you want to sync.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/v.jpg\" alt=\"Select Mailbox\" width=\"451\" height=\"306\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11. Next type in a \u201cSpoke Name\u201d and click CREATE in order to <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/solutions\/calendars-to-calendars\/\">two-way calendar sync User Mailboxes<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/11-FROG.jpg\" width=\"489\" height=\"312\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. Next, click on each Spoke, select <b>Sync Options<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51668\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/next-click-on-the-spoke-and-select-sync-options.jpg\" alt=\"next click on the spoke and select sync options\" width=\"265\" height=\"298\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">13. Click Allow Hub to create and two-way sync items in this spoke and click <\/span><b>SAVE.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/download-7.png\" width=\"529\" height=\"398\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"NOTE\"><\/span><b>NOTE\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>14. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click on the Hub, then click <b>Sync Now.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/download-8.png\" width=\"544\" height=\"265\" \/><\/p>\n<p>And there you go!
