First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. Next, select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/sharepoint\/collaboration?ms.officeurl=sharepoint&amp;rtc=1\">SharePoint<\/a> as the source type for your contact spoke.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41332 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-pick-sharepoint.jpg\" alt=\"Select Sharepoint\" width=\"975\" height=\"442\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>3. Click <strong>Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/integrations\/\">two-way sync SharePoint contacts<\/a> and browse your company contacts for <strong>SharePoint<\/strong>.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41336 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-click-grant-access.jpg\" alt=\"Click Grant Access\" width=\"967\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Sign in with your Microsoft Account<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/integrations\/\">.\u00a0<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41340 \" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sign-in-to-microsoft.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"561\" height=\"468\" \/><\/p>\n<p>5. Give <strong>CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your <strong>SharePoint account <\/strong>and check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-permissions.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Permissions\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Enter a Gmail username and password to access your <span class=\"NormalTextRun ContextualSpellingAndGrammarErrorV2 SCXW211226472 BCX0\">data, or<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW211226472 BCX0\"><strong> CLICK<\/strong> sign in with Google <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun AdvancedProofingIssueV2 SCXW211226472 BCX0\">in order to<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW211226472 BCX0\"> access any existing Google accounts you have already saved. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW211226472 BCX0\">If you enter an email under &#8222;invite user,&#8220; it will allow you to <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/solutions\/two-way-sync\/?gclid=CjwKCAiAuOieBhAIEiwAgjCvchPJoeuQOS6VT1N2vZp5BymSExzVFYNXLUkFl1wItxFU5g2sNOlnRBoC7sAQAvD_BwE\">two-way sync Google contacts<\/a> and access additional user mailboxes which you do not have control of. (You will not be able to add them as a spoke until the user grants permission).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW211226472 BCX0\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/upperway.jpg\" alt=\"Google Sign in\" width=\"656\" height=\"258\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>10. Type in a Spoke name and click <strong>CREATE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-39568\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/tsu.jpg\" alt=\"Select Google\" width=\"524\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11. <strong>Next<\/strong>, right-click your spoke, and select \u201c<strong>Sync Options<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41356\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-sync-options.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Sync Options\" width=\"421\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-sync-options.jpg 421w, https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-sync-options-300x274.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 421px) 100vw, 421px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. From there, you will be taken to a new window; click the box which says, \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke.\u201d <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41360\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-allow-hub.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Allow Hub\" width=\"976\" height=\"316\" \/><\/p>\n<p>13.<strong> Click<\/strong> the Advanced tab to set up <a href=\"\/?p=39341\">contact filtering<\/a> settings for SharePoint. Click on \u201c<strong>Sync Now\u201d<\/strong> to enable 2-way synchronization for the current spoke.
