Next, select the source type of your calendar spoke. To sync your SharePoint account to CiraHub, Click <b>Microsoft 365 In my tenant<\/b> and select<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/microsoft-365\/sharepoint\/collaboration?ms.officeurl=sharepoint&amp;rtc=1\"> <b>SharePoint<\/b><\/a><b> .<\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-43632 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/pick-sharepoint.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1041\" height=\"715\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>11. Click <b>Grant Access<\/b> to give CiraHub permission to browse your company users or contacts for <b>SharePoint<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41336 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-click-grant-access.jpg\" alt=\"Click Grant Access\" width=\"967\" height=\"388\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. To two-way sync SharePoint Calendars you will need to Sign into your Microsoft Account that is attached to your SharePoint account.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-41340 \" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sign-in-to-microsoft.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"482\" height=\"402\" \/><\/p>\n<p>13. Give <b>CiraHub <\/b>Access to your <b>SharePoint <\/b>account and always check the box that states <strong>\u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/1-sharepoint-permissions.jpg\" alt=\"Sharepoint Permissions\" width=\"386\" height=\"488\" \/><\/p>\n<p>14. Next, click on each Spoke, select <b>Sync Options<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/next-click-on-the-spoke-and-select-sync-options.jpg\" alt=\"next click on the spoke and select sync options\" width=\"287\" height=\"322\" \/><\/p>\n<p>15. Click Allow Hub to create and two-way sync items in this spoke and click <b>SAVE.<\/b> (See figure below.)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/download-7.png\" width=\"579\" height=\"436\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n<p>15. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click on the Hub, then click <b>Sync Now t<\/b>o sync your Salesforce and SharePoint contacts. <b><br \/><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Your two-way automatic contact sync is now set up! From now, each contact change in Salesforce will be reflected in your SharePoint contact list and vice versa.
