Learn how to use CiraHub to two-way sync Exchange Server Pipedrive Contacts in this article. Exchange Server is a mail and calendaring server from Microsoft that runs on the Windows Operating System. Syncing contacts between Exchange Server and Pipedrive, a popular CRM tool, with CiraHub allows users to consolidate Contact information from multiple sources, ensuring that the information remains consistent across devices and software. <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Set Up a Two-Way Contact Sync Between Exchange Server and Pipedrive\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. First, Log in to <\/span>CiraHub<\/span>. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example the „C<\/span>ontacts“ object<\/span> has been selected.<\/span><\/span> \"Hub<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Next start the Hub and Spoke setup. Click on \u201cExchange Server\u201d <\/a>as your source type for your contact spoke and select User Mailbox.\"Exchange<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Enter your Exchange Sever Connector<\/a> Login, Password, URL, and Exchange Version. If you are running an Exchange Server Version dated 2016 or later, always select Exchange 2016 in your Connector Settings. <\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0\"Connector<\/span><\/li>\n

  9. Click on \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke. (The Hub contains all synced Contacts from each spoke; a spoke can be a Public Folder, a user mailbox, the GAL or a CRM.) \"Select<\/li>\n

  16. Next, right-click your spoke, and select \u201cSync Options\u201d. From there, you will be taken to a new window; click the box which says, \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke.\u201d <\/span><\/span>\"Pipedrive<\/li>\n

This will allow you to two-way sync Exchange Server Pipedrive<\/span> Contacts from the endpoint to the hub database and back.
