1. Users will first need to log into the CiraHub Dashboard and select contacts as the object they want to sync. <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Select CRMs and ActiveCampaign as the source type for their contact spoke. This will prompt the user to enter their ActiveCampaign access URL and key, and from there the Hub & Spoke process can begin. This will\u00a0<\/span>link\u00a0<\/span><\/a>CiraHub<\/span>\u00a0to your\u00a0<\/span>ActiveCampaign\u00a0<\/a>account<\/a>\u00a0and give\u00a0<\/span>CiraHub<\/span> access to your contacts lists and CRM data in ActiveCampaign.<\/span>\u00a0These steps will allow you to\u00a0two-way sync ActiveCampaign contacts<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Users will then need to attach an additional spoke <\/span>to add GAL contacts within their tenant or another tenant. The user will have the option to log in on behalf of their organization or CiraHub will send an invite to a user from another tenant for approval.\u00a0<\/span>If the user has login credentials of the other tenant, they may also log in on their behalf by clicking \u201c<\/span>GRANT ACCESS.\u201d <\/span>Then, on the Dashboard, they will need to <\/span>configure sync settings for the ActiveCampaign and GAL Spoke they have created.
