<\/span>Sync Calendars Between an Microsoft 365 Public Folder and SharePoint and Vice Versa<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub. On the <\/span>Hub & Spoke Setup<\/span><\/b> page, select the <\/span>Calendars <\/span><\/b>object. Keep in mind that public folders can sync both contacts and calendars.\u00a0<\/span>

2. Next, select the source type of your contact spoke. To two-sync a Public Folder<\/a> within your organization, click <\/span>Microsoft 365 In my tenant<\/span><\/b> and select <\/span>Public Folder <\/span><\/b>and<\/span> NEXT.<\/span><\/b> This will take you to a list of public folder calendars. (See figure below.)

3. Select the Public Folder<\/a> you want to sync from the list.<\/span> Click on the small arrow in front of a subfolder on the right and choose the item and click <\/span>NEXT.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Create a name for your first Spoke and click <\/span>Next<\/span><\/b>. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Click Grant Access<\/strong> to give CiraHub Permission to browse your company users or contacts for SharePoint<\/strong>.\"Click<\/p>\n

9. Give CiraHub <\/strong>Access to your SharePoint <\/strong>account and always check the box that states \u201cConsent on behalf of your organization\u201d.<\/p>\n

Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

11. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click on the Hub, then click <\/span>Sync Now<\/span><\/b> to Two-Way Sync Calendars Between SharePoint and an Microsoft 365 Public Folder.<\/p>\n
