This guide shows how to remove CiraSync licenses from licensed users in CiraSync.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Log in to the CiraSync Dashboard.<\/li>\n
  2. Scroll down to the Mailboxes<\/strong> pane.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the User is licensed <\/strong>icon next to the user that you want to remove under the Mailboxes<\/strong> pane. The icon will turn red, which indicates that the user is no longer licensed. (See figure below.)<\/li>\n
  4. Click VIEW <\/strong>under the Contact Collections <\/strong>pane from the Dashboard. You will now see a new window with a list of all of your Contact Collections. (See figure below.)<\/li>\n
  5. Click on the green eye icon next to the Contact Collection that contains the user you want to remove. A new window will open, and you will see the members in the Collection. (See figure below.) <\/li>\n
  6. Find the user’s name you want to remove.<\/li>\n
  7. Hover your mouse next to the user’s name.<\/li>\n
  8. Click on the three dots that appear.<\/li>\n
  9. Click\u00a0Delete.<\/strong> (See figure below.) <\/li>\n
  10. Return to the CiraSync home Dashboard.<\/li>\n
  11. If you would like to have the process of removing licenses automated, enable Remove License<\/strong> slide under the Auto-License\u00a0<\/strong>pane.<\/li>\n
  12. Click Run. <\/strong>(See figure below.)

    NOTE: <\/strong>If Remove License<\/strong> is already enabled, CiraSync will automatically remove the user from licensing during the next sync.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Congratulations, you have just learned how to remove CiraSync licenses from your users and remove the user as a target. Only removing the license from the user – manually or automated – does not delete Contacts or Calendars synced to the user by CiraSync.
