During the CiraSync On-Prem UCM setup, trial licenses were requested. The following shows how to install CiraSync On-Prem UCM license packs.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Open the email sent by CiraSync On-Prem during the UCM setup. A license pack will be attached.<\/li>\n
  2. Forward the email to the service account email used during setup.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    \u00a0NOTE: <\/strong>Within a minute, you will receive an email that will confirm that an CiraSync On-Prem license pack was automatically added to your tenant.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  3. Launch CiraSync On-Prem UCM. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Expand Global Configuration <\/strong>on the left navigation panel.<\/li>\n
  5. Click License Packs. <\/strong>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Do not click the arrow next to License Packs. <\/strong>Clicking it will expand the option and will not take you to the License Pack window.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. Click the Tablet and Gear <\/strong>icon in the License Packs menu at the top of the page to run a license pack check. (See figure below.)\u00a0\"\"

    NOTE: <\/strong>It may take several minutes for the license packs to appear.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
