In the Desktop version of Outlook, shared calendars are viewable in the left-hand navigation panel or from the File menu. However, this isn\u2019t immediately viewable in the Outlook on the web. This guide shows how to open shared calendars in On the web.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Opening Shared Calendars in Navigation<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Log in to Outlook on the web.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Calendar icon<\/strong> at the bottom of the left-hand navigation panel.<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click Your calendars. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Click Open calendar. <\/strong>(See figure below.) \"OpenThe Open calendar <\/strong>dialog box will appear. (See figure below.) \"Open<\/li>\n
  5. Type the name of the calendar in the From directory: <\/strong>search box.

    1. Log in to Outlook on the web.<\/li>\n

    3. Click Add calendar<\/strong> at the top of the window.<\/li>\n
