La suplantaci\u00f3n de aplicaciones permite a CiraSync suplantar una cuenta de administrador para sincronizar y realizar tareas de sincronizaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Si sus contactos y eventos de calendario no se han sincronizado despu\u00e9s de crear una cuenta de servicio y configurarla en el modo de suplantaci\u00f3n de la aplicaci\u00f3n, inicie sesi\u00f3n en el panel de control de CiraSync utilizando la cuenta de servicio. A continuaci\u00f3n, en la configuraci\u00f3n de CiraSync, <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/es\/soporte\/guia-de-inicio-rapido\/hacer-cirasync-use-cuenta-servicio-office-365\/\">puede hacer que CiraSync utilice la cuenta que cre\u00f3 como cuenta de servicio<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>El token de Azure de la cuenta de servicio ha caducado. Inicie sesi\u00f3n en el panel de control de CiraSync con la cuenta de servicio del inquilino. Esto deber\u00eda restablecer el Token de Azure.<\/li>\n<li>El Mobile Exchange Connector no est\u00e1 activo en tu tel\u00e9fono.
