<\/span>Accorder des licences automatiques aux utilisateurs des tenants<\/span><\/h1>\n

En cr\u00e9ant une collection de contacts, les Titulaires peuvent octroyer des licences CiraSync Enterprise Edition automatiquement aux utilisateurs de leurs tenants. Ce guide montre comment attribuer une licence automatique aux utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. Cliquez sur Overview<\/strong> pour revenir \u00e0 l’aper\u00e7u Tenant Overview.<\/strong> (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur Collections <\/strong> dans le panneau gauche de navigation.<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur le +<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord. Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers Collection Dashboard. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Nommez la collection. Dans cet exemple, nous appellerons la collection Users.<\/strong> <\/li>\n
  5. Passez la souris sur les utilisateurs souhait\u00e9s et cliquez sur le +<\/strong> vert pour les ajouter \u00e0 la collection.

    NOTE:<\/strong> Plusieurs utilisateurs peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s en un seul clic \u00e0 l’aide d’un groupe de distribution dynamique ou d’une liste de distribution \/ groupe de contacts. Les groupes de distribution dynamiques et les listes de distribution s’afficheront en cons\u00e9quence dans l’onglet SEARCH.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. Cliquez sur SAVE<\/strong>. <\/li>\n
  7. Cliquez sur Overview <\/strong> dans le panneau de navigation de gauche pour revenir \u00e0 l’aper\u00e7u Tenant Overview. <\/strong> <\/li>\n
  8. Cliquez sur EDIT<\/strong> dans le volet Auto-License. <\/strong>La fen\u00eatre Auto-License<\/strong> Users<\/strong> appara\u00eet. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  9. Cliquez sur l’onglet COLLECTIONS <\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. S\u00e9lectionnez la collection d’utilisateurs (Users Collection<\/strong>) cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour cette proc\u00e9dure.<\/li>\n
  11. Cliquez sur SAVE, <\/strong>et vous reviendrez \u00e0 l’aper\u00e7u Tenant Overview.<\/b><\/li>\n
