CiraSync utilisera automatiquement le compte d’administrateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral actuellement connect\u00e9 au tableau de bord pour effectuer des t\u00e2ches de synchronisation ainsi et administrer tableau de bord. Cela peut \u00eatre un probl\u00e8me si le compte d’administrateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral n’est pas dot\u00e9 du<\/span> r\u00f4le d’emprunt d’identit\u00e9<\/span><\/a> car CiraSync ne pourra pas se synchroniser avec toutes les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs. Au lieu de cela, CiraSync synchroniser uniquement les contacts et les rendez-vous du calendrier avec le compte actuellement connect\u00e9 au tableau de bord<\/span>.<\/p>\n

  1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord CiraSync Enterprise Edition<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur le nom d’utilisateur du compte dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur <\/span>SETTINGS.<\/b> (Voire l’image ci-dessous.<\/span>)\"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Cliquez sur <\/span>Service Account<\/span><\/b>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Cochez la case \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du compte que vous souhaitez utiliser comme compte de service principal pour les t\u00e2ches de synchronisation que doit effectuer CiraSync<\/span>.

    NOTE: <\/strong>Si le compte de service souhait\u00e9 n’est pas r\u00e9pertori\u00e9 dans le tableau de bord, cela signifie que le compte n’a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour se connecter au tableau de bord CiraSync. Pour permettre \u00e0 CiraSync d’utiliser un compte de service sp\u00e9cifique pour effectuer les synchronisations, le compte de service doit s’\u00eatre connect\u00e9 au moins au tableau de bord CiraSync<\/span>.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n

The CiraSync dashboard does not default to using the service account once it is created. CiraSync will automatically use the Global Administrator account currently logged in to the dashboard to perform sync tasks and for dashboard administration. This can be a problem if the Global Administrator account does not have the Application Impersonation Role<\/a> because CiraSync will not be able to sync to all user mailboxes. Instead, CiraSync will only sync contacts and calendar appointments to the account that is currently logged into the dashboard.\r\n\r\nThis guide shows how to make CiraSync to use a specific Office 365 Service Account.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n

    Before You Start<\/h3>\r\nThis guide assumes you are a CiraSync Enterprise Edition user and have created a service account with the Application Impersonation Role. If you are a Personal Edition user and would like to learn more about CiraSync Enterprise Edition, please check out our Enterprise Edition FAQ<\/a>.\r\n\r\nIf you have not created a dedicated service account, create one using the instructions found in Setting up a Dedicated Service Account for CiraSync in Office 365<\/a> and then return to this procedure.\r\n\r\n\u00a0\r\n

    Instructions<\/h3>\r\n

    1. Log in to the CiraSync Enterprise Edition dashboard.<\/li>\r\n
    2. Click the account username on the top-right corner of the dashboard.<\/li>\r\n
    3. Click\u00a0SETTINGS.<\/strong> (See figure below.)\"\"<\/li>\r\n
    4. Click Service Account.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
    5. Check the box next to the specific account you would like to use as the main service account for CiraSync sync tasks. [box type=\"info\"]NOTE: <\/strong>If the desired service account is not listed in the Dashboard, that means the account has not been used to log in to the CiraSync Dashboard. To be able to set the CiraSync configuration to use a specific service account for sync tasks, the service account needs to have logged into the CiraSync Dashboard at least once.[\/box]<\/li>\r\n
    6. Click SAVE <\/strong>in the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
