Avec CiraSync Enterprise Edition, vous pouvez synchroniser des bo\u00eetes aux lettres partag\u00e9es avec n\u2019importe quel nombre d\u2019utilisateurs dans votre tenant Office 365. Ce guide montre comment CiraSync Enterprise Edition peut synchroniser les bo\u00eetes aux lettres Microsoft Exchange avec un tenant Office 365 !

<\/span>Avant de commencer<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dans ce guide, nous supposons qu\u2019un compte de service d\u00e9di\u00e9 avec le mode d\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini pour votre tenant CiraSync. Sans un compte administrateur avec l\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9, CiraSync ne pourra pas transmettre les mises \u00e0 jour des contacts et du calendrier aux bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs. Consultez les articles suivants pour savoir comment configurer un compte de service d\u00e9di\u00e9 avec les autorisations appropri\u00e9es pour votre tenant, puis revenez sur cet article pour savoir comment synchroniser des bo\u00eetes aux lettres partag\u00e9es avec CiraSync Enterprise Edition:<\/p>\n

  1. Configuration d\u2019un Compte de Service D\u00e9di\u00e9 pour CiraSync dans Office 365<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Configuration du mode d\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9 pour synchroniser les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Attribuer un compte de service Office 365 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 CiraSync<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord du tenant CiraSync.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur + dans Contact Lists (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    3. S\u00e9lectionnez Shared Mailbox<\/span> <\/strong>comme type de source de contact. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.) \"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 1: Select a Private Folder<\/strong> sur le tableau de bord CiraSync. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    4. S\u00e9lectionnez la bo\u00eete aux lettres \u00e0 utiliser comme source de synchronisation. Vous verrez une hi\u00e9rarchie de dossiers dans la bo\u00eete aux lettres de l\u2019utilisateur..<\/li>\n
    5. Cliquez sur Contacts.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Cliquez sur\u00a0NEXT\u00a0<\/strong>dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.) \"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 2: Choose Target<\/span> Mailboxes<\/strong> sur le tableau de bord CiraSync. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    7. S\u00e9lectionnez le contact \u00e0 utiliser comme cible de synchronisation.<\/li>\n
    8. Cliquez sur NEXT dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord. (Voir la figure ci-dessous.)

      NOTE: <\/strong>Si vous souhaitez utiliser une collection de contacts comme cible de synchronisation, cliquez sur l\u2019onglet COLLECTIONS<\/strong> et s\u00e9lectionnez la collection que vous souhaitez utiliser comme cible de synchronisation.<\/div><\/div>\"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 3: Specify contact list options<\/strong>.     9. Entrez un nom de liste de contacts dans la case sous Provide Contact List Name.<\/strong>

      NOTE: <\/strong>Le nom de la liste de contacts sera ajout\u00e9 en tant que cat\u00e9gorie pour chaque contact synchronis\u00e9 par CiraSync.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    10. Cochez Sync Contact Groups<\/strong> si vous avez des groupes dans la liste de contacts et que vous souhaitez synchroniser les membres de ces groupes.<\/li>\n
    11. Cochez Populate Outlook Auto-Complete List<\/span><\/strong> si vous souhaitez que ces contacts synchronis\u00e9s apparaissent dans la liste de saisie semi-automatique Outlook.<\/li>\n
    12. Cliquez sur\u00a0+<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de\u00a0Contacts\u00a0<\/strong>si vous souhaitez synchroniser ces contacts avec un nouveau sous-dossier.

      NOTE:<\/strong> Si vous souhaitez synchroniser ces contacts avec votre dossier Contacts principal, passez \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape 14.<\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    13. Entrez le nom pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 de votre sous-dossier..<\/li>\n
    14. Cliquez sur SAVE<\/strong>. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.)\"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de la synchronisation. (Voir l\u2019image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    15. Cliquez sur l\u2019ic\u00f4ne CiraSync<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur gauche de la fen\u00eatre pour revenir au tableau de bord d\u2019accueil de CiraSync.<\/li>\n
    16. Cochez la case Update Cache<\/strong> sous le volet Sync Status<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
