Dans ce guide, nous supposons que vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9di\u00e9 un compte de service avec le mode d\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9 pour CiraSync. Sans un compte administrateur avec l\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9, CiraSync ne pourra pas transmettre les mises \u00e0 jour des contacts et du calendrier aux bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs. Consultez les articles suivants pour savoir comment configurer un compte de service d\u00e9di\u00e9 avec les autorisations appropri\u00e9es pour votre tenant, puis revenez sur cet article pour savoir comment synchroniser les calendriers partag\u00e9s avec CiraSync Enterprise Edition:<\/p>\n

  1. Configuration d\u2019un Compte de Service D\u00e9di\u00e9 pour CiraSync dans Office 365<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Configuration du mode d\u2019emprunt d\u2019identit\u00e9 pour synchroniser les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Attribuer un compte de service Office 365 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 CiraSync<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

    1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord CiraSync.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur le +<\/strong> dans le volet Notes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Selectionnez Shared Mailbox<\/span><\/strong> comme type de source. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 1: Select Private Folder. \"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. S\u00e9lectionnez la source de la bo\u00eete aux lettres. Vous verrez une hi\u00e9rarchie de dossiers dans la bo\u00eete aux lettres de l’utilisateur.<\/li>\n
    5. S\u00e9lectionnez les notes souhait\u00e9es \u00e0 utiliser comme source de synchronisation. Dans cet exemple, le dossier Notes<\/strong> principal est la source.<\/li>\n
    6. Cliquez sur NEXT.<\/strong> (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 2: Choose target mailboxes. \"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    7. S\u00e9lectionnez la ou les bo\u00eetes aux lettres qui recevront la note synchronis\u00e9e.

      NOTE:<\/strong> Pour utiliser une collection de contacts comme cible de synchronisation, cliquez sur l’onglet COLLECTIONS<\/strong> et s\u00e9lectionnez la collection souhait\u00e9e.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    8. Cliquez sur NEXT.<\/strong> Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 3: Specify note list options. <\/strong>(Voir la figure ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    9. Donnez un nom \u00e0 la note.\n

      1. Cliquez sur le + <\/strong>\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Notes<\/strong> pour que le calendrier synchronis\u00e9 s’affiche en tant que sous-dossier dans les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs cibles. Ignorez cette \u00e9tape et passez \u00e0 la suivante<\/strong>\u00a0pour que le calendrier synchronis\u00e9 apparaisse dans le dossier principal Notes dans les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs cibles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Cliquez sur SAVE. <\/strong>Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers le r\u00e9capitulatif de la synchronisation (voir l\u2019image ci-dessous).\"\"<\/li>\n
      3. Cliquez sur la fl\u00e8che de retour bleue<\/strong> pour revenir au tableau de bord d\u2019accueil.<\/li>\n
      4. Cochez la case Update Cache<\/strong>\u00a0sous le volet Sync Status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      5. Cliquez sur SYNC NOW<\/strong> pour ex\u00e9cuter une synchronisation manuelle. (Voir la figure ci-dessous.)
