<\/span>Avant de commencer<\/span><\/h2>\n

Dans ce guide, nous supposons qu’un compte de service d\u00e9di\u00e9 avec le mode d’emprunt d’identit\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9fini pour CiraSync. Sans un compte administrateur avec emprunt d’identit\u00e9, CiraSync ne pourra pas transmettre les mises \u00e0 jour des contacts et du calendrier aux bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

De plus, le compte de service d\u00e9di\u00e9 doit disposer des autorisations suivantes: Une licence Microsoft Exchange (Office 365: Kiosk pour 2 $ par mois ou Microsoft F1 (ou Plan 1) pour 4 $ par mois) et des autorisations de R\u00e9viseur (Reviewer)<\/strong> dans le dossier public.<\/p>\n

  3. Attribuer un compte de service Office 365 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 CiraSync<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord de CiraSync.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur le + <\/strong>dans le volet Notes<\/strong> pour commencer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un proc\u00e9dure de synchronisation. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    3. S\u00e9lectionnez Public Folder<\/span> comme type de source. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)

    4. S\u00e9lectionnez les notes autocollantes du dossier public que vous souhaitez synchroniser.<\/li>\n
    5. Cliquez sur NEXT.\u00a0<\/strong> Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 2: Choose target mailboxes. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    6. S\u00e9lectionnez les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs que vous souhaitez utiliser comme cible pour la synchronisation.

      NOTE:<\/strong> Pour synchroniser avec une collection de contacts, cliquez sur l’onglet COLLECTIONS<\/strong> et s\u00e9lectionnez la collection souhait\u00e9e.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    7. Cliquez sur NEXT.\u00a0<\/strong> Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers Step 3: Specify note list options. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    8. Donnez un nom \u00e0 la note du dossier public.\n
        \n
      1. Cliquez sur le + <\/strong>\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Notes<\/strong> puis indiquez un nom pour synchroniser la note du dossier public avec un sous-dossier. Ignorez cette \u00e9tape et passez \u00e0 la 9<\/strong> pour que les notes du dossier public apparaissent dans le dossier Notes principal des bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs cibles.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. Cliquez sur SAVE. <\/strong>Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers le r\u00e9sum\u00e9 de synchronisation. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
      3. Cliquez sur la fl\u00e8che de retour bleue<\/strong> pour revenir au tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
      4. Cochez la case Update Cache<\/strong> sous le volet Sync Status<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
      5. Cliquez sur SYNC NOW<\/strong> pour effectuer une synchronisation manuelle. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)
