Instructions<\/h2>\n

  1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur le + <\/strong>dans le volet Calendars<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. S\u00e9lectionnez Internet Calendar<\/strong> comme type de source du calendrier. Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 1: Enter calendar URL. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  4. Fournissez le lien iCalendar souhait\u00e9 dans l’espace pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet. Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 2: Choose target mailboxes. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. S\u00e9lectionnez les utilisateurs que vous souhaitez utiliser comme cible de synchronisation.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Une cible peut \u00eatre un seul utilisateur,toutes les bo\u00eetes aux lettres et\/ou <\/strong>tous les contacts, <\/strong>une collection de contacts ou un groupe de distribution dynamique. Pour utiliser une collection de contacts comme cible de synchronisation, cliquez sur l’onglet COLLECTIONS<\/strong> et s\u00e9lectionnez la collection souhait\u00e9e. Pour cet exemple, un seul utilisateur sera utilis\u00e9 comme cible.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. Cliquez sur NEXT puis vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers STEP 3: Specify calendar options.<\/strong> (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  7. Donnez un nom \u00e0 la configuration de synchronisation du calendrier.\n

    1. Cliquez sur le + \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Calendar pour que le calendrier synchronis\u00e9 s’affiche en tant que sous-dossier dans les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs cibles. Ignorez cette \u00e9tape et passez \u00e0 la suivante<\/strong> dans le dossier principal du calendrier dans les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs cibles.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur le curseur \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Sync reminders<\/strong> pour synchroniser les rappels d’\u00e9v\u00e9nements du calendrier Outlook. Ignorez cette \u00e9tape et passez \u00e0 la 8<\/strong>si cette fonction n’est pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. Utilisez les curseurs sur les lignes num\u00e9riques sous Sync appointments in range <\/strong>pour personnaliser la synchronisation du calendrier.

      NOTE:<\/strong> Les valeurs n\u00e9gatives indiquent combien de temps CiraSync conservera les \u00e9v\u00e9nements pass\u00e9s avant de les purger. Les valeurs positives indiquent la p\u00e9riode des \u00e9v\u00e9nements futurs \u00e0 synchroniser.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    4. Cliquez sur SAVE.<\/strong> (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\" Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers un r\u00e9capitulatif de synchronisation. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
    5. Cliquez sur la fl\u00e8che de retour bleue <\/strong> pour revenir au tableau de bord d’accueil.<\/li>\n
    6. Cochez la case Update Cache Box<\/strong> sous Sync Status <\/strong><\/li>\n
