Les dossiers de contacts Outlook peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9s avec d’autres utilisateurs \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l’ext\u00e9rieur de votre organisation (en fonction des autorisations de votre tenant). Ceci est utile pour des t\u00e2ches telles que l’int\u00e9gration des employ\u00e9s ou la collaboration entre les services. C’est pourquoi, dans ce guide, nous vous montrons comment partager des dossiers de contacts Outlook dans l’application PC d’Outlook.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Partage de dossiers de contacts avec acc\u00e8s en lecture seule<\/span><\/h3>\n

  1. Lancez l’application Outlook.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur l’ic\u00f4ne des \u00ab\u00a0personnes\u00a0\u00bb dans le coin inf\u00e9rieur gauche du panneau de navigation. Outlook affichera les personnes pr\u00e9sentes.<\/li>\n
  3. S\u00e9lectionnez ensuite le dossier de contacts que vous souhaitez partager dans le panneau de navigation de gauche.<\/li>\n
  4. Cliquez sur Partager les contacts<\/strong> dans le ruban en haut de la fen\u00eatre. Ensuite, une invitation par e-mail vierge s’ouvrira. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"Partager<\/li>\n
  5. D\u00e9finissez le destinataire du dossier de contacts dans le champ \u00c0 <\/strong>.

    NOTE:<\/strong> Les destinataires du dossier de contacts peuvent \u00eatre un seul utilisateur, des utilisateurs ou un groupe d’utilisateurs.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  6. Cliquez sur Envoyer. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Partage de dossiers de contacts avec diff\u00e9rents acc\u00e8s et autorisations<\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Lancez l’application Outlook.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur l’ic\u00f4ne des \u00ab\u00a0personnes\u00a0\u00bb dans le coin inf\u00e9rieur gauche du panneau de navigation. Outlook affichera les personnes pr\u00e9sentes.<\/li>\n
    3. Clic-droit sur le dossier de contacts que vous souhaitez partager.<\/li>\n
    4. Cliquez sur Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Cliquez sur l’onglet Autorisations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    6. Cliquez sur Ajouter.<\/strong> (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    7. Recherchez le ou les utilisateurs ou groupes avec lesquels partager le dossier de contacts.<\/li>\n
    8. Double-clic sur le nom d’utilisateur\/le nom du groupe \u00e0 ajouter.<\/li>\n
    9. Cliquez sur OK <\/strong>lorsque tous les utilisateurs souhait\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9s. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    10. Cliquez sur la fl\u00e8che d\u00e9roulante dans Niveau d’autorisation..<\/strong><\/li>\n
    11. Choisissez le niveau d’autorisation \u00e0 attribuer \u00e0 l’utilisateur ajout\u00e9. Dans cet exemple, l’utilisateur re\u00e7oit Editeur<\/strong> comme niveau d’autorisation.
