Outlook permet aux utilisateurs de classer les contacts Outlook en cr\u00e9ant des dossiers de contacts. En fait, ce guide montre comment cr\u00e9er des dossiers de contacts dans l’application Outlook (version PC ou bureau) et Outlook sur le Web. Et nous montrerons aussi comment ajouter des contacts au dossier de contacts.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Cr\u00e9ation de dossiers de contacts sur l’application Outlook<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Lancez l’application Outlook.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur les points de suspension dans le coin inf\u00e9rieur gauche du panneau de navigation.<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur Dossiers.<\/strong> (Voir la figure ci-dessous.) \"\" Outlook affichera des dossiers.<\/li>\n
  4. Clic-droit sur le dossier Contacts <\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Cliquez sur Nouveau dossier. <\/strong>La fen\u00eatre Cr\u00e9er un nouveau dossier<\/strong> appara\u00eetra. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  6. Nommez le dossier.<\/li>\n
  7. Cliquez sur OK. <\/strong>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: Vous pouvez d\u00e9velopper Contacts<\/strong> sous S\u00e9lectionner o\u00f9 placer le dossier<\/strong> si vous souhaitez cr\u00e9er un sous-dossier sous un autre dossier de contacts pr\u00e9existant.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  8. Ouvrez le dossier de contacts nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  9. Cliquez sur Nouveau contact <\/strong>pour commencer \u00e0 ajouter des contacts au dossier de contacts.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> Vous pouvez ajouter un groupe d’utilisateurs en cliquant sur Nouveau groupe de contacts.<\/strong><\/div><\/div>Un formulaire de cr\u00e9ation de contact vide s’ouvrira. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"Ajouter<\/li>\n
  10. Remplissez le formulaire<\/li>\n
  11. Cliquez sur Enregistrer et fermer<\/strong> sur le ruban.<\/li>\n
  12. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les \u00e9tapes 9 \u00e0 11 <\/strong>pour ajouter d’autres contacts au dossier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Cr\u00e9ation de dossiers de contacts dans Outlook sur le Web<\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Lancez Outlook sur le Web.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur l’ic\u00f4ne des \u00ab\u00a0personnes\u00a0\u00bb dans le coin inf\u00e9rieur gauche du panneau de navigation. Outlook s’affichera ensuite de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 afficher toutes les Personnes.<\/li>\n
    3. Cliquez sur Dossiers<\/strong> pour le d\u00e9rouler.<\/li>\n
    4. Cliquez sur Nouveau dossier. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
    5. Nommez le nouveau dossier de contacts.<\/li>\n
    6. appuyez sur la touche Entr\u00e9e<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. Ouvrez le dossier de contacts nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/li>\n
    8. Cliquez sur le bouton Nouveau contact <\/strong>dans le ruban situ\u00e9 au-dessus du panneau de navigation. Un nouveau formulaire de contact s’ouvrira. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"Ajouter<\/li>\n
    9. Remplissez le formulaire.
