Les utilisateurs des collections de contact peuvent \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s lors de la configuration d’une synchronisation. Proc\u00e9dez comme suit pour supprimer les utilisateurs d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s ou ind\u00e9sirables d’une t\u00e2che de synchronisation:<\/p>\n

  1. Cliquez sur la collection de contacts utilis\u00e9e comme source et\/ou cible de la t\u00e2che de synchronisation r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e dans le volet Contact Collections <\/strong>. Toutes les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs qui font partie de la collection appara\u00eetront sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 droit de l’interface Contact Collections.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Si la collection de contacts souhait\u00e9e n’est pas r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e dans le volet Contact Collections <\/strong>, cliquez sur le bouton VIEW<\/strong>. Ensuite, cliquez sur les points de suspension > Edit<\/strong> \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la collection souhait\u00e9e.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  2. Placez le curseur de la souris sur une bo\u00eete aux lettres d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9e et\/ou ind\u00e9sirable.<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur le x rouge<\/strong> qui appara\u00eet. Cela supprimera la bo\u00eete aux lettres de l’utilisateur de la collection.<\/li>\n
  4. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les \u00e9tapes 2 et 3<\/strong> pour toutes les bo\u00eetes aux lettres des utilisateurs d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9es et ind\u00e9sirables.<\/li>\n
  5. Cliquez sur SAVE<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit de l’interface Contact Collection<\/span>. D\u00e9sormais, lorsque la collection de contacts est utilis\u00e9e comme source et\/ou cible d’une synchronisation, CiraSync n’utilisera ni ne se synchronisera les utilisateurs d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s et ind\u00e9sirables qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s de la collection.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
