Les collections de contacts sont une fonctionnalit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 CiraSync. Cela offre de la flexibilit\u00e9 car elle permet la cat\u00e9gorisation et l’organisation des utilisateurs dans la liste d’adresses globale. Les collections de contacts peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es comme cible et, dans certains cas, comme source d’une configuration de synchronisation. Dans cet article, on vous montre donc comment cr\u00e9er des collections de contacts CiraSync.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n

  1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord CiraSync Enterprise Edition.<\/li>\n
  2. Cliquez sur le +<\/strong> dans le volet Contacts Collections<\/strong>. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"Vous serez redirig\u00e9 vers le tableau Contact Collection<\/span>. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur l’ic\u00f4ne du Stylo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Nommez la collection.<\/li>\n
  5. Ajoutez des utilisateurs \u00e0 la collection de contacts.

    NOTE: <\/strong>Les utilisateurs peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s individuellement \u00e0 la collection ou en masse en ajoutant un groupe d’utilisateurs en tant qu’utilisateur de la collection. En outre, si vous n’avez pas beaucoup d’utilisateurs \u00e0 synchroniser, vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter toutes les bo\u00eetes aux lettres (All Mailboxes) <\/strong>\u00e0 la collection, d\u00e9velopper (Expand) la collection, puis exclure manuellement les bo\u00eetes aux lettres d’utilisateurs que vous ne souhaitez pas ajouter.
