Notre fondateur et directeur technique, Vernon Weitzman<\/a>, s’est r\u00e9cemment entretenu avec ideamensch<\/a> pour donner un aper\u00e7u d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de son histoire dans le domaine des logiciels, de ses r\u00e9flexions sur l’avenir de l’industrie technologique, des tendances au sein de la Silicon Valley, ainsi que ses espoirs et objectifs personnels pour l’avenir.<\/p>\n

L’un des aspects passionnants des interviews de ideamensch est qu’ils sont personnalis\u00e9s. Un entretien technique typique a tendance \u00e0 se concentrer sur les r\u00e9ussites, les \u00e9checs, les lancements de produits, etc. de l’entreprise. Cependant, ideamensch le fait diff\u00e9remment. Ses entretiens se concentrent sur les personnes derri\u00e8re l’entreprise; comment leurs pens\u00e9es et leurs exp\u00e9riences ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 les d\u00e9cisions qu’ils ont prises. Dans ce monde technologique en constante effervescence, il est facile d’oublier qu’il y a de vraies personnes derri\u00e8re les produits que nous utilisons tous les jours. Ce sont des gens avec des le\u00e7ons et des id\u00e9es que nous n’avons peut-\u00eatre jamais envisag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Comment donnez-vous vie \u00e0 vos id\u00e9es?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Certains de mes id\u00e9es prennent des mois ou des ann\u00e9es pour se concr\u00e9tiser. La premi\u00e8re chose que je fais est de commencer \u00e0 taper sur mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou mon ordinateur. J’ai ce logiciel \u00e0 l’esprit: comment se fonctionnera t-il? Que ferait-il? Dans quel domaine?<\/p>\n

J’essaye de distinguer diff\u00e9rentes cat\u00e9gories. Ensuite, j’essaye d’explorer tout ce que je peux faire avec le produit. Je travaille sur le document. . . puis j’y reviens dans quelques jours. Si apr\u00e8s quelques jours, je pense que c’est toujours faisable, j’essaie alors de cr\u00e9er des conceptions plus r\u00e9alistes. Je commence \u00e0 travailler avec l’\u00e9quipe charg\u00e9e de l’informatique et des logiciels pour obtenir une conception fonctionnelle. L’\u00e9quipe commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par des maquettes d’\u00e9cran, car nous valorisons l’exp\u00e9rience utilisateur. Si tout se passe bien, je propose un produit minimal et viable, je lance quelque chose en version b\u00eata et je commence \u00e0 attirer des utilisateurs. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, je continue de frapper les taupes qui apparaissent jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’il n’y ait plus de taupes \u00e0 frapper. Enfin, vous arrivez \u00e0 la production et, esp\u00e9rons-le, vous pourrez avoir des partenaires ou du soutient.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
