Lorsqu’un de vos employ\u00e9s quitte votre entreprise, vous avez peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0 retir\u00e9 sa licence CiraSync<\/a>. Cependant, ils auront toujours acc\u00e8s aux contacts et aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements du calendrier transmis par CiraSync \u00e0 leurs smartphones. De plus, si vous demandez \u00e0 ces utilisateurs de supprimer les contacts et les calendriers, ceux-ci appara\u00eetront toujours sur leurs t\u00e9l\u00e9phones lors de la prochaine t\u00e2che de synchronisation<\/a>. Dans ce guide, on vous pr\u00e9sente les deux fa\u00e7ons de nettoyer les contacts et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de calendrier des anciens utilisateurs.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/span>Nettoyage des contacts et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de calendrier \u00e0 partir du tableau de bord<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord de CiraSync.<\/li>\n
  2. Faites d\u00e9filer jusqu’au volet Mailboxes <\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Trouvez l’utilisateur sur lequel vous souhaitez effectuer le nettoyage.<\/li>\n
  4. Clic droit sur l’utilisateur sous la colonne NAME<\/strong> de Mailboxes <\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Cliquez sur Cleanup Contacts <\/strong>ou Cleanup Calendar. <\/strong>Il ne faudra que quelques secondes \u00e0 CiraSync pour supprimer ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments de contact et de calendrier des bo\u00eetes aux lettres de l’utilisateur. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"Ex\u00e9cutez<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span>Nettoyage des contacts et des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de calendrier avec une purge de dossier<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Effectuer une purge de dossier est une autre fa\u00e7on de nettoyer les contacts et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de calendrier des utilisateurs de CiraSync. Une purge de dossier peut cibler un seul utilisateur jusqu’\u00e0 l’ensemble du tenant.<\/div><\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Connectez-vous au tableau de bord de CiraSync.<\/li>\n
    2. Cliquez sur le nom d’utilisateur dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
    3. Cliquez sur SETTINGS<\/strong>. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"Acc\u00e9dez<\/li>\n
    4. Cliquez sur Folder Purge. <\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Cliquez sur EDIT<\/strong> \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Select Users. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"OuvrezUne nouvelle fen\u00eatre r\u00e9pertoriant tous les utilisateurs et les collections de contacts appara\u00eetra. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"S\u00e9lectionnez<\/li>\n
    6. Choisissez l’utilisateur ou la collection de contacts que vous souhaitez utiliser.<\/li>\n
    7. Cliquer sur OK.<\/strong> La fen\u00eatre se fermera.<\/li>\n
    8. Sous Sub-folder to purge<\/strong>, entrez le nom exact du sous-dossier que vous souhaitez purger.

      NOTE: <\/strong>Ce processus est sensible \u00e0 la casse.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    9. Cochez la case \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de Remove subfolder after purge. <\/strong>
      \n\t\t\t\t\t
      NOTE<\/strong>: Vous ne pouvez pas supprimer le dossier Contact ou Calendrier par d\u00e9faut d’une bo\u00eete aux lettres. Si le dossier Contact ou Calendrier par d\u00e9faut \u00e9tait la cible de vos t\u00e2ches de synchronisation, ne cochez pas Remove subfolder after purge<\/strong> lors de la purge du dossier.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
    10. Cliquez sur RUN FOLDER PURGE. <\/strong>(Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"Ex\u00e9cutez<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
