Que puis-je faire?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">There could be several reasons for this problem.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">You do not have a <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/articles-dassistance\/guide-de-demarrage-rapide-fr\/setting-up-service-account\/\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">service account defined on the impersonation role<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . The impersonation role (or ApplicationImpersonation role) allows CiraSync to impersonate an administrator account in order to synchronize and perform synchronization tasks.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If your contacts and calendar events have not synchronized after creating a service account and setting it to impersonation mode, please log in to the CiraSync dashboard using the service account. Then, in the CiraSync settings, you can <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/articles-dassistance\/guide-de-demarrage-rapide-fr\/making-cirasync-office-365-account\/\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">configure CiraSync to use the account you created as the service account<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Azure token on the service account has expired. Please log in to the CiraSync dashboard with the tenant&rsquo;s service account. This should reset the Azure token.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Mobile Exchange Connector is not active on your phone. See our article on <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/articles-dassistance\/how-to-enable-mobile-exchange-connector\/\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">activating Mobile Exchange for instructions<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If the Mobile Exchange Connector is active on your phone and the problem persists, there may be an error with Microsoft Exchange. Turn off the Mobile Exchange Connector for 30 to 40 minutes, then turn it back on.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If you are performing a manual synchronization, make sure you have the <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Update Cache<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> option checked in the <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">SYNC NOW<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> pane .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If the problem persists, please contact CiraSync customer support by <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/support-request\/\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">submitting a support ticket<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There could be several reasons for this problem.
