Que puis-je faire?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il peut y avoir plusieurs raisons \u00e0 ce probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Vous n&rsquo;avez pas de c<a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/articles-dassistance\/guide-de-demarrage-rapide-fr\/setting-up-service-account\/\">ompte de service d\u00e9fini sur le r\u00f4le d&#8217;emprunt d&rsquo;identit\u00e9<\/a>. Le r\u00f4le d&#8217;emprunt d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 (ou r\u00f4le ApplicationImpersonation) permet \u00e0 CiraSync d&#8217;emprunter l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un compte administrateur afin de synchroniser et d&rsquo;effectuer des t\u00e2ches de synchronisation.<\/li>\n<li>Si vos contacts et \u00e9v\u00e9nements de calendrier n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 synchronis\u00e9s apr\u00e8s avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 un compte de service et l&rsquo;avoir d\u00e9fini sur le mode d&#8217;emprunt d&rsquo;identit\u00e9, veuillez vous connecter au tableau de bord de CiraSync \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du compte de service. Ensuite, dans les param\u00e8tres de CiraSync, vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/cirasync.com\/fr\/articles-dassistance\/guide-de-demarrage-rapide-fr\/making-cirasync-office-365-account\/\">faire en sorte que CiraSync utilise le compte que vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9 comme compte de service.<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Le jeton Azure sur le compte de service a expir\u00e9. Veuillez vous connecter au tableau de bord de CiraSync avec le compte de service du tenant. Cela devrait r\u00e9initialiser le jeton Azure.<\/li>\n<li>Le connecteur d&rsquo;\u00e9change mobile (Mobile Exchange Connector) n&rsquo;est pas actif sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
