Leur zone de service couvre plus de 44 miles carr\u00e9s (environs 113,960 kilom\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s), y compris des parties de Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard et le comt\u00e9 de Washington non constitu\u00e9 en soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fis<\/h4>\n<p>Avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du BYOD (Bring Your Own Devices) et une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre tr\u00e8s mobile qui passe la plupart de son temps sur le terrain, les employ\u00e9s ont besoin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des contacts pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 tout moment. Des \u00e9quipes de lecteurs de compteurs, de techniciens de vannes, d&rsquo;ouvriers du b\u00e2timent et bien d&rsquo;autres portent tous des smartphones et comptent sur eux pour travailler de jour comme de nuit. Ils ont tous besoin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 tout moment \u00e0 la liste de contacts mondiale de l&rsquo;entreprise. Toutes les activit\u00e9s du d\u00e9partement ne se d\u00e9roulent pas pendant les heures de bureau. Souvent, les techniciens sont appel\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer les urgences apr\u00e8s les heures ou le week-end. Lorsque le bureau est ferm\u00e9, les techniciens de terrain ne peuvent pas mettre la main sur les contacts d&rsquo;urgence lorsqu&rsquo;ils en ont besoin.<\/p>\n<p>Le service informatique a fait de son mieux avec des solutions de contournement, mais les employ\u00e9s frustr\u00e9s au quotidien ont d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 un cauchemar de carnet d&rsquo;adresses. Une fois qu&rsquo;un num\u00e9ro \u00e9tait finalement trouv\u00e9, les employ\u00e9s pouvaient appeler le contact, mais l&rsquo;ID de l&rsquo;appelant s&rsquo;affichait comme indisponible ou comme num\u00e9ro g\u00e9n\u00e9rique. Il a trouv\u00e9 les trois entreprises les plus \u00e9valu\u00e9es et a commenc\u00e9 un essai gratuit avec l&rsquo;entreprise la plus recommand\u00e9e, Cira Apps Ltd. Il savait que le minist\u00e8re aurait besoin d&rsquo;une analyse de rentabilisation pour approuver cette d\u00e9pense, m\u00eame si le co\u00fbt \u00e9tait abordable. Il devait expliquer que ce probl\u00e8me n&rsquo;avait jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solu et comment les inefficacit\u00e9s, les co\u00fbts de main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre et la frustration des employ\u00e9s affectaient la productivit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s. Il a persist\u00e9 et a maintenant impl\u00e9ment\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s CiraSync pour l&rsquo;entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je consid\u00e8re la mise en \u0153uvre de CiraSync comme une grande victoire pour notre d\u00e9partement et pour TVWD.
