Apr\u00e8s \u00eatre pass\u00e9 \u00e0 Microsoft Office 365, SBEC a constat\u00e9 qu&rsquo;Office 365 ne synchronise pas automatiquement les contacts, les calendriers partag\u00e9s et les notes avec les smartphones professionnels, une exigence commerciale essentielle pour une organisation avec trois bureaux et une main-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre mobile. Les informaticiens de Higher Resolutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9s de trouver une solution SaaS s\u00e9curis\u00e9e bas\u00e9e sur Azure qui synchronisait automatiquement les listes de contacts Office 365 avec les smartphones des employ\u00e9s pour SBEC.<\/p>\n<h4>D\u00e9fis<\/h4>\n<p>Traditionnellement, les coop\u00e9ratives \u00e9lectriques de petite et moyenne taille n&rsquo;ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers \u00e0 adopter la technologie, ce qui a souvent amen\u00e9 les fournisseurs de services cloud (CSP) comme Higher Resolutions \u00e0 se heurter \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance lorsqu&rsquo;ils proposent de nouvelles solutions technologiques qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins commerciaux du jour.
