Vous devez g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement ajouter le compte en tant qu\u2019Exchange\/ActiveSync \u00e0 la place.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fix-outlook-calendar-not-syncing-on-iphone\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Resoudre_le_probleme_de_synchronisation_du_calendrier_Outlook_sur_iPhone\"><\/span>R\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me de synchronisation du calendrier Outlook sur iPhone<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe deux configurations courantes sur iPhone :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous utilisez l\u2019application Outlook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vous utilisez Calendrier Apple avec un compte Microsoft Exchange.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-you-use-the-outlook-app-on-iphone\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Si_vous_utilisez_lapplication_Outlook_sur_iPhone\"><\/span>Si vous utilisez l\u2019application Outlook sur iPhone<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) R\u00e9initialisez le compte dans Outlook<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Param\u00e8tres de l\u2019application Outlook \u2192 appuyez sur le compte \u2192 R\u00e9initialiser le compte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Si cela \u00e9choue, supprimez et ajoutez \u00e0 nouveau le compte<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Param\u00e8tres de l\u2019application Outlook \u2192 appuyez sur le compte \u2192 Supprimer le compte \u2192 ajoutez-le \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Activez l\u2019actualisation en arri\u00e8re-plan de l\u2019application pour Outlook<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si iOS bloque l&rsquo;actualisation en arri\u00e8re-plan, les mises \u00e0 jour du calendrier peuvent sembler \u00ab bloqu\u00e9es \u00bb jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que vous ouvriez l&rsquo;application.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9glages iOS \u2192 faites d\u00e9filer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Outlook \u2192 activez Actualisation en arri\u00e8re-plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, essayez de ne pas forcer la fermeture d\u2019Outlook depuis le s\u00e9lecteur d\u2019applications. qu&rsquo;Outlook dispose de l&rsquo;autorisation Calendrier<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9glages iOS \u2192 Confidentialit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u2192 Calendriers \u2192 assurez-vous qu&rsquo;Outlook est autoris\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5) V\u00e9rifiez le mode \u00c9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (ou d&rsquo;autres modes d&rsquo;alimentation)<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les modes d&rsquo;\u00e9conomie d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie peuvent limiter l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en arri\u00e8re-plan, ce qui affecte la synchronisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-if-you-use-apple-calendar-with-a-microsoft-exchange-account\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le chemin d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s d&rsquo;Apple varie l\u00e9g\u00e8rement selon la version d&rsquo;iOS, mais g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9glages iOS \u2192 Calendrier \u2192 Comptes de calendrier \u2192 s\u00e9lectionnez votre compte Exchange \u2192 assurez-vous que Calendriers est activ\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Supprimez et ajoutez \u00e0 nouveau le compte Exchange<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le mot de passe a chang\u00e9, que le jeton a expir\u00e9 ou que le compte a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab partiellement connect\u00e9 \u00bb, le fait de le supprimer et de le rajouter r\u00e9sout rapidement le probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2) Assurez-vous que l\u2019autorisation Calendrier est accord\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3) Supprimez les restrictions de batterie pour Outlook<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si Outlook est \u00ab restreint \u00bb en arri\u00e8re-plan, la synchronisation peut \u00eatre interrompue Vous devez vous abonner au calendrier Outlook. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) Publiez votre calendrier Outlook (obtenez un lien ICS)<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans Outlook sur le web \/ Outlook.com, acc\u00e9dez aux param\u00e8tres du calendrier \u2192 Calendriers partag\u00e9s \u2192 Publier un calendrier \u2192 Publier. Vous obtiendrez un lien (souvent un lien ICS).
