What this integration does:

• Two‑way sync of Everbridge contact records with Microsoft 365 GAL, User Mailbox, Google, iCloud or another CRM (via CiraHub)
• Automatic delivery of emergency contacts to mobile devices (via CiraSync)

How it works:

1. Connect: Log into Everbridge and Microsoft 365 through CiraHub.
2. Map: Select fields and choose one‑ or two‑way sync.
3. Sync to phones: CiraSync updates every user device automatically.

Note:
Everbridge syncs via CiraHub; CiraSync handles mobile distribution.
