- Connect: Authenticate ConnectWise and Microsoft 365 GAL/another endpoint via CiraHub.
- Map: Choose fields, sync direction, and filters.
- Sync to phones: CiraSync updates all smartphones automatically.

ConnectWise connects through CiraHub; CiraSync handles mobile distribution.
